Felipe Requião takes the lead aiming to further boost operations in offering SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition)
Numen, a leading technology solutions company, has just announced a new addition to its team. Felipe Requião has taken on the role of Partner – Director of Numen Lean Services, a division specialized in activating the GROW with SAP offering, the cloud-based management system from the German multinational. His goal is to position Numen as the top implementer of the solution, both in service volume and in quality and customer experience.
With over 18 years in the IT market—17 of which were dedicated exclusively to the SAP ecosystem—Requião brings extensive experience in strategy, operational leadership, and high-impact implementations. A specialist in SAP Cloud ERP (S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition), his most recent role at SEIDOR Brasil saw him establish a branch in Espírito Santo and build a team focused on the offering.
After a successful cycle, Requião was seeking a new challenge, and Numen aligned perfectly with that goal.

It features a robust structure and offers a complete portfolio of solutions, supporting everything from tax management to customizations via the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)—an optimized cloud innovation platform that brings together app development, data and analytics, integration, automation, and AI capabilities. Since its inception, the unit already has two SAP Cloud ERP projects underway.
Among Requião’s main goals are expanding commercial operations, maintaining active client prospecting and retention, and positioning Numen as the leading partner for the offering in Brazil and Latin America.
