Brazil’s Most Visited Water Park Invests in Technology to Support Expansion and Tax Reform
With more than 2 million visitors annually, Thermas dos Laranjais is currently the most visited water park in Brazil and the second most visited in the world. Aiming to further enhance its operational management, the company has just adopted GROW with SAP, a service package from the German multinational designed for growing companies seeking best-practice solutions and cutting-edge technology to implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. The project is being led by Numen, a leader in technology solutions.
Expansion and Modernization
Located in Olímpia, São Paulo, Thermas dos Laranjais has been in operation for 38 years. The park, which helped transform the city into a major tourist destination, employs 550 people and spans an area of 300,000 square meters, with capacity to host up to 20,000 visitors per day.
Given its consistent growth over the years, along with the upcoming changes brought by Brazil’s Tax Reform, the organization identified the need to prepare in advance. This search for innovation led them to SAP’s offering.
According to Taciane Conceição, IT Coordinator at Thermas dos Laranjais, the choice was clear:
“We conducted a rigorous market study because we wanted a system that would bring improvements in management practices and contribute to the maturity of operations. In this regard, GROW with SAP fully met our expectations, as it is a solution highly adaptable to the specificities of each business and provides support throughout all stages of growth.”
Strategic Partnership with Numen
After defining the tool, the company selected Numen to lead the implementation.

The goal of the park is to leverage the SAP solution to boost revenue and further strengthen its credibility.
