Numen Trains Over 30 People with Disabilities in SAP

Include, train, and transform. With this goal in mind, Numen, a leader in technology solutions, launched PlurAll – PWDs Edition, an exclusive training and development program for people with disabilities, in partnership with Prosper Digital Skills. In its first edition, held this year, the initiative has already trained more than 30 professionals.

For Numen, there is no innovation without diversity. With this mindset, the company created the program not only to attract talent but also to contribute to their development. The initiative aims to open doors for these professionals, building a more accessible, fair, and inclusive future in the technology market.

More than simply meeting government quotas, the company has always had the mission of building a diverse team, as explained by CEO Andreia Tsuruhame: “Since Numen’s foundation, we’ve wanted to deliver value to people. In recent years, we’ve grown, and that brings challenges in every sense. But when we talk about inclusion, much more than a strategic or mandatory effort, this is an action that must come from the heart. This initiative was born from our desire to go further.”

During the program, participants have access to practical content, personalized support, and a safe environment to learn, make mistakes, experiment, and grow. The process includes guidance from a specialized team prepared to welcome each student.
“For us, inclusion is not a symbolic gesture — it’s a concrete responsibility. That’s why, beyond training professionals, we invest real energy in preparing our entire ecosystem to receive them with dignity. We adapt processes, spaces, tools, and, most importantly, we invest in developing inclusive leadership. Every person in the program should find an environment where they can learn, grow, and be treated with respect from day one,” says Vanessa Togniolli, CHRO at Numen.

The first edition had over 100 applicants, selected based on the following prerequisites: completed high school; proof of disability; basic knowledge of software development; interest and availability to learn SAP ABAP and work in this field; and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and remote work tools.

Among the participants was Miguel Quintanilha: “The training path is exceptionally well-structured. The content is presented clearly, in a logical sequence that facilitates progressive learning and avoids any sense of overload. I feel this journey was a direct investment in my professional development — an enriching experience that gave me new perspectives and tools for my work.”

The course is 100% remote, lasts five weeks, and after completing the learning track, participants are prepared for the job market and may also be hired by Numen. From this first group, 97% joined the company and have now begun a three-month journey alongside their mentors. After this period, they will be ready to start their careers as junior professionals.

Available positions are offered in fully remote and hybrid models in São Paulo. Employment is under CLT (Brazilian labor law), and benefits include meal vouchers, grocery vouchers, life insurance, and health/dental plans.

After the success of the first group, Numen plans to open new positions in the second half of 2026.
“The results of this first edition confirm we’re on the right track. Training and retaining talent is important, but knowing we’re helping build a more inclusive technology market is what truly drives us. This is just the beginning: we want to expand the impact and turn this initiative into a continuous benchmark for the industry,” concludes the CHRO.
