With a strong purpose, solid growth, and a people-centered culture, Numen aims to grow over 30% in 2025
To be a company where people want to work—that’s Numen’s vision. The leading technology solutions provider is undergoing a major transformation. For 16 years, Numen has delivered SAP solutions and is now one of the top partners of the German multinational, serving clients like Natura, Embraer, and Johnson & Johnson. The company is investing in new hires and expanding its portfolio with the goal of growing 30% in 2025.
Founded in 2009 by Patrícia Terue, who led the company until her passing in 2017, Numen is now led by partners Andreia Yukie Tsuruhame (CEO Brazil), Decio Kimura (VP of Solutions), and Eduardo Nagata (CEO North America), along with 12 other partners. Focused on selecting the right people to become top professionals, Numen stands out for its ability to attract and retain talent capable of executing complex projects.
In 2024 alone, around 200 new employees joined the team, which now totals approximately 1,000 professionals across offices in São Paulo, São José dos Campos, Vitória, Florianópolis, and Curitiba. Internationally, Numen operates offices in New Jersey and Miami (USA) and Lisbon (Portugal). By the end of the year, the company plans to hire 250 more people, reaching over 1,200 employees.
While technical expertise is crucial, CEO Andreia emphasizes that Numen’s growth is rooted in identity and culture:
“Our growth is driven by consciously choosing the people who walk this journey with us. What moves us is the combination of technical excellence and a clear purpose: to make things happen while inspiring the best in people.
Here, growth doesn’t come at any cost. We are technical—but above all, we are humans building strong relationships.”
With a solid foundation and a highly skilled team, Numen continues to expand its solution offerings. In addition to RISE with SAP, the company is heavily investing in:
- GROW with SAP – Accelerates SAP S/4HANA Cloud adoption for growing companies
- SAP BTM (Business Transformation Management) – SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite, WalkMe, LeanIX: platforms for business process management and transformation
- SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) – A cloud innovation environment integrating data, development, automation, and AI
With this solid structure in place, Numen also plans to expand further internationally. In addition to its presence in the United States and Portugal, the company is evaluating expansion into Latin America, with potential operations in Colombia or Mexico. Currently, 10% of Numen’s revenue comes from international operations, and the goal is to reach 15% in the near future.
“Led by Brazil, the technology market in LATAM has grown significantly, but there’s still a lot of ground to cover. That’s why we want to expand Numen’s reach in the region—contributing to this growth by delivering the best and most innovative in management and technology, while also building long-term partnerships,” highlights Décio Kimura, VP of Solutions.
As it advances on all these fronts, Numen aims to close 2025 with 80 new clients, strengthening its presence in strategic sectors such as manufacturing, finance, pharmaceuticals, and services.
CEO Andreia Yukie Tsuruhame concludes:
“For 16 years, Numen has been building a successful track record. Now, our goal is to go even further. In 2024, we made significant investments in AI strategy, won both of SAP’s Global AI Hackathons, and we’re already applying some of these initiatives to boost productivity in our projects.
We’re always focused on staying ahead of market trends—but above all, on delivering quality, efficiency, and empathy to meet each of our clients’ unique needs.”
