Numen Increases Investment in AMS Services

Company aims to expand its managed services offering

Making things happen by inspiring the best in people. That’s the purpose driving Numen, a leading technology solutions provider, as it intensifies its investments in AMS (Application Management Services). Focused on empowering businesses through managed services, Numen aims to reach 50 clients served by this business unit by the end of the year.

One of the latest developments is the integration of the Project Factory into the AMS vertical. This offering provides dedicated support for well-defined scope demands, operating under models such as Fast Track, QA & Testing, and Development Factory. In practice, the service covers the phases of design, estimation, approval, execution, and delivery—presenting a proposed solution for client review, with full autonomy to request changes or reject it.

The portfolio also includes:

  • AMS Services – Managed services delivered through a specialized structure, available in models such as hourly support, ticket-based, dedicated squads, availability-based, and more
  • Managed Staffing – Allocation of specialized resources to support clients’ maintenance and support teams
  • PCoE/VAR Model – As a certified SAP partner, Numen also provides PCoE support, following best practices with a specialized team for agile and effective support of SAP products
  • BASIS/Infrastructure – Responsible for proactive monitoring and infrastructure services

All solutions are available to both existing and new Numen clients. A key differentiator is the delivery model, built on three global AMS pillars: methodology, innovation, and added value. The team includes over 130 professionals, primarily mid- and senior-level consultants.

Currently, Numen supports over 40 active clients across AMS and Project Factory, delivering more than 20,000 hours of AMS services per month. In the past 12 months alone, over 200 projects were delivered through the Factory. To support this growth, Numen also maintains partnerships with Salesforce and AWS, in addition to SAP.

According to Gustavo Ribeiro, Head of AMS and Project Factory at Numen:

“Since the creation of this pillar, we’ve been committed to delivering agile solutions to our client base. With the integration of the Project Factory, we’ve created even more synergy in our deliveries and increased our flexibility to meet demands quickly and effectively.”

With the expanded portfolio, the AMS division now also supports projects related to:

  • Tax Reform updates
  • SAP DRC users – A solution designed to help companies manage and comply with tax and regulatory obligations
  • ERP system migrations

Currently representing around 10% of Numen’s operations, the AMS unit is focused on sustainable growth through innovation and continuous improvement.

“We want to grow efficiently, using tools like AI and Machine Learning strategically. The integration of the Factory into this ecosystem marks a new chapter in our journey—one focused on real gains in quality and performance, with a total commitment to our clients’ experience,” concludes Ribeiro.
