Numen, a leading technology solutions company, announces the arrival of Rafael Cabral as its new Marketing Director. The executive will be responsible for positioning the company as a benchmark in SAP projects for IT and business teams in Brazil.
With a degree in Communication and Business and an MBA in Strategic Marketing Management, Cabral has over 20 years of experience working in technology companies. He began his career at Grupo ITE, where he was responsible for new business development, negotiations, and building relationships with market executives. Later, he founded Listra Agência Interativa, where he led the entire sales strategy and served major clients such as FIAT, Houer, Isvor, and Minas PCH.
In his most recent role at Seidor Brasil, he headed the marketing department, achieving significant results and helping consolidate the company’s positioning in the national market.
The invitation to join Numen comes at a time of strong expansion for the consultancy. “Numen is a company that, in addition to having an excellent reputation in the market, offers robust solutions and operates in strategic areas for business management. I enthusiastically accepted the challenge of expanding this reach and recognition, further strengthening the brand’s positioning,” says Cabral.
For Andreia Tsuruhame, CEO of Numen, the arrival of the new Marketing Director aligns with the company’s growth strategy. “With our ambitious goals, it was essential to have a highly experienced professional to lead this front. In Rafael, we found the ideal combination of knowledge and strategic vision to take Numen to the next level,” she highlights.
Among the executive’s priorities are strengthening the company’s branding, expanding Numen’s digital presence, and consolidating the company as a key player in the business management ecosystem. “Numen has already been paving the way with relevant initiatives. My role will be to structure and amplify these actions, ensuring greater visibility and recognition. We want to live up to our reputation and establish ourselves as the preferred partner for companies,” Cabral concludes.
