Numen Announces Over 50 Job Openings

Hiring Supports the Company’s Growth Strategy

Strengthening the team has been one of Numen’s top priorities. As a leading technology solutions company, Numen is offering over 50 job openings across various departments. The positions are listed on the company’s LinkedIn page.

Requirements vary depending on the role, but the company is looking for professionals aligned with its values and capable of learning quickly. As Andréia Tsuruhame, CEO of Numen Brasil, explains: “We are a company whose culture has been built by people. In today’s constantly evolving landscape, we seek key professionals who are open to learning and have the potential to contribute to our growth,” she emphasizes.

The recruitment process is divided into four stages:

  • Pre-selection: technical questionnaire to assess minimum fit.
  • Pre-technical interview: conducted via Artificial Intelligence.
  • HR interview: conducted remotely.
  • Technical interview: led by the department responsible for the position, to assess specific knowledge.

The company offers flexible work models depending on the role’s requirements. For remote-friendly positions, opportunities are open nationwide. For roles that require regular visits to projects and clients, preference is given to candidates located near Numen’s operational regions.

With competitive compensation, Numen offers health insurance, nationwide Totalpass coverage, and NumenCare, a wellness program focused on physical, mental, and nutritional health.

“We believe in the importance of holistic care. We ensure access to resources that support quality of life and help prevent work-related illnesses,” says Vanessa Togniolli, Numen’s CHRO.

In addition to personal finance training and support for building private retirement plans, Numen also offers:

  • NumenSchool: a learning platform for both soft and hard skills.
  • Moovi by Numen: the largest hands-on SAP training school, with free access for employees.

Numen has also launched PlurAll – PWD Edition, its first training program exclusively for people with disabilities, in partnership with Prosper Digital Skills, with plans to hire 40 participants.

The company also runs NEW (Numen Empowers Women), aimed at strengthening women’s roles within the organization. In collaboration with Prosper, 50 female employees are currently being trained in artificial intelligence.

Additionally, Numen offers SAP training programs for students, involving six months of training (three theoretical and three practical), with the opportunity to join the company as junior consultants afterward.

With all these initiatives, Numen reaffirms its commitment to providing every professional with a productive career path, full of learning and growth opportunities.
“In our company, we have many stories of people who started as trainees and became leaders. We believe that the more we expand our entry and growth channels, the more we contribute to each individual’s development,” highlights Vanessa.

Currently with over 1,000 employees, Numen plans to reach 4,000 by 2030. The average number of new openings remains consistently above 50, reflecting the pace of expansion.

“We want to grow exponentially, without losing our essence: a strong, people-centered culture. We remain committed to attracting and developing talent to uphold our standard of excellence,” reinforces the CEO.
