In this context, the consultancy has just announced the appointment of Vanessa Togniolli as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Vanessa will support the development of a strong culture aligned with the company’s values and future vision.
Graduated in Computer Science from UNESP – São Paulo State University, Vanessa began her career in IT, where she worked for nearly a decade. In 2012, driven by her desire to contribute more directly to building healthy, innovative, and high-performance work environments, she transitioned to Human Resources. Since then, she has focused on leadership development, organizational culture, and team scalability.
While maintaining a close connection with technology, Vanessa has, in recent years, been deeply engaged in large-scale transformation initiatives. These include the adoption of agile practices, the use of data in talent management, and the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence to enhance employee experience and HR decision-making.
The invitation to join Numen as CHRO came at a pivotal moment in her career. Seeking a new challenge where she could leverage her years of experience more strategically, Vanessa found the opportunity at Numen to be the perfect fit.
