Numen, a leading technology solutions company, has just announced the acquisition of 25% of Backlgrs operations, a strategic partner for implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions. With this move, the consultancy expects to double its revenue from Customer Experience offerings over the next two years.
Founded in 2021, Backlgrs specializes in customized Salesforce implementation projects to optimize processes, integrate systems, and drive strategic results. The company also provides ongoing support services for fixes and improvements that ensure high performance, security, and platform evolution. Backlgrs has already delivered more than 100 projects across Brazil, Latin America, and the United States.
Numen, in turn, boasts a 16-year track record in the market, delivering projects for companies across various industries. With a presence in Brazil, Europe, and North America, Numen implements cutting-edge solutions for its clients and partners, committed to driving digital transformation.
Under the acquisition agreement, Backlgrs will take over Salesforce operations for Numen. Current contracts will remain with Numen, while new business opportunities and potential team hires will be managed by Backlgrs.
Although the operational structure will be unified, both companies will remain independent. Guilherme Carvalho will continue as CEO of Backlgrs, with Gabriel Azzone as a partner and head of operations. Meanwhile, Thomas Nakagawa will remain Head of Salesforce at Numen, now working alongside Backlgrs executives, while Marcelo Kiss, Numen’s CSO, will contribute to commercial integration together with Carvalho.

With this acquisition, Numen expands its offering and structure for CX services, as Backlgrs provides expertise across the entire Salesforce platform, including Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Integration (Mulesoft), Tableau, and especially AI solutions with Agentforce. The partnership also aims to target sectors such as retail, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and transportation, while strengthening its presence in financial and healthcare segments.
Team integration is scheduled to begin in 2026, with expectations to surpass 200 employees by the end of 2027.
