Executive Joins with the Mission to Strengthen Strategic Partnerships and Expand Technology’s Impact on the Customer Journey
Technology is not an end, but a means to transform businesses and achieve concrete goals. With this purpose in mind, Numen, a leading technology solutions company, continues to invest in expanding its team and has just announced Marcelo Kiss as its new Chief Sales Officer (CSO). The executive takes on the role with the goal of increasing brand reach and reinforcing the consultancy’s commitment to service excellence and long-term partnerships.
Graduated in Human Resources and holding an MBA in Financial Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Kiss brings over 28 years of experience in ERP software operations, service companies, sales, and startups. With deep knowledge of the technology sector, he offers a strategic vision focused on sustainable results and value creation. Throughout his career, he has worked at companies such as Datasul, SondaIT, Seidor Brasil, and EPI-USE.
His arrival at Numen reinforces a relationship that has been built over the years, as the executive explains: “I’ve always admired how Numen delivers real value to clients, with the premise of not selling products, but helping companies achieve their goals through information technology. After several conversations, we identified opportunities for growth in the commercial area, and I accepted the challenge with the purpose of strengthening the team and deepening our ties with partners,” he says.

For Andreia Tsuruhame, CEO of Numen Brasil, the arrival of the new CSO marks the beginning of another chapter in the company’s history. “We are building a highly qualified team focused on excellence and innovation. Bringing Kiss onto our team is another strategic step to consolidate our consultative approach and strengthen long-term partnerships. With his experience, we are confident that we will expand our impact without losing our essence,” she highlights.
As a reflection of consistent growth and market trust, Numen has acquired 55 new clients this year alone. In this context, the new CSO will lead the commercial area, focusing on strategy, quality, and relationships, always based on offering solutions that generate real value. “Numen is recognized for its technical expertise and personalized service. Our goal is to go further: to be the natural choice for clients seeking concrete results. More than closing deals, we want to build partnerships that evolve alongside our clients,” concludes Kiss.
