Acquisition of B2RISE expands the company’s portfolio
Numen, a leading technology solutions provider, has just announced the expansion of its Digital Solutions division, which specializes in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)—a cloud platform offering services for development, automation, integration, analytics, and data management. This expansion follows the acquisition of B2RISE, a benchmark company in SAP BTP solutions. The expectation is for the division to grow 300% by 2029.
With the M&A, Digital Solutions now offers new products such as:
- Integration Monitor – An app that provides centralized monitoring of all company integrations within SAP BTP
- MRO Portal – A solution for creating purchase requisitions, reservations, and updating maintenance orders, linked to the purchasing catalog integrated with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
- Tax Monitor – A tool for automatic rejection of material invoices and analysis of discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders
The current portfolio also includes:
- R Block – An invoice management app that blocks payments due to net price discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders
- Order Confirmation – A tool suppliers can use to confirm receipt of purchase orders
- Order Follow-up – Designed for procurement analysts to track the entire purchase order cycle, from creation to payment
- Service Confirmation – A solution for logging services delivered to clients
- Training Management – A tool to train users on implemented solutions and improvements
In addition to these innovations, the division will continue offering core SAP BTP services, operating as a dedicated Product Unit, including:
- System Integration Development and Process Automation
- BTP Governance – Consulting for platform management
- Proofs of Concept – For structuring and validating key services
- Application Development – Customizing and extending SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other solutions without altering the core, ensuring greater agility, security, and lower TCO
- Migration from SAP PI/PO to BTP Integration Suite – Helping clients modernize their integration platforms
What sets Numen apart is its extensive experience in SAP implementation projects, high delivery satisfaction, and strong focus on innovation. The company applies the Clean Core methodology, using non-invasive approaches to minimize impact on SAP S/4HANA operations. It also brings expertise in large, complex projects and a team of over 40 certified SAP BTP professionals. By the end of 2029, the goal is to grow this team to 200 specialists.
