In this PWD Edition, PlurAll is offering a free training and hiring program for People with Disabilities at Numen, aimed at individuals who wish to start or transition their careers into the Technology and Innovation sector. PlurAll reinforces our commitment to inclusion and the development of diverse talent.
In Brazil, people with disabilities still face high rates of informal employment and are mostly in low-skilled jobs.
That’s why PlurAll represents a real opportunity to change career paths and bring more diversity into the sector, through free training and the chance to grow in one of the most valued and high-demand areas in the market — Technology.
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed high school education
- Be a Person with a Disability and have a medical report confirming the condition
- Basic knowledge of software development
- Interest and availability to learn ABAP and work with SAP
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and remote work tools
ADVANTAGES
- Technical or higher education (completed or in progress) in technology, IT, or related fields
- Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, C, etc.)
- Knowledge of programming logic
- Previous experience with technology or ERP systems
- Basic understanding of software development
- Intermediate or advanced English
TIMELINE
- APPLICATIONS OPEN: Until September 3
- SAP (ABAP) TRAINING: September 8 to October 9
- NUMEN SELECTION PROCESS: October 2025
